Tiles made from cement mixture with colors motif design still be productive in Jogjakarta (Tegel Kunci), Indonesia (first image). While, at the second image is floor using Tegel terrazzo with the motif have been no production activity again in Indonesia. This Tegel terrazzo applies terrazzo stone color as the notching motif. This floor material type returns exist and often used by the architects for experiment by combining the new floor material with stripper floor material, like combination of marble floor with the Tegel tiles motif colors.

Method of design with concept strategy is very important for designer when they make a new design. Architect is a designer majoring this things as a medium to develop the ideology becomes a notching which can be application into perfection form. One of example is when an architect making a new project of hotel, there is something of becoming their idea as the building design reference early stages. Everything is relates with this consultancy must can be application by the architect into the real form of building. As the commercial building for public space, hence overall of pointed concept to one purpose of, that is a level of comfort from the hotel. Level of comfort covering supporting facilities and facility with great service is purpose of hotels making in this world, but every hotel will have different character. Called as differs in because the building must harmonize to the around area which will support hotels as the place of balmy rest to the location. Difference of location will make the hotel to differ in character from the angle of the design. As does indium Hotel Venice. All types of hotels in this country provides variance of different facility type, but they become unity of hotel Venice that is the hotels with having an equation by majoring visitor for quickly mobility to any place in that’s town and the location is all nearby of downtown. We also can see this thing in another country like in category Hotel Florence and category Hotel Naples in the internet service. All of that has a different character from the entire hotel in that’s town.

So, the concept from architect designer will had the meaning if they use method to accommodated the existing site and the nature of the country, hence the hotels will have meaning as a beautiful place for a rest and the place of whereas to live it up.

This Building has six floors and it is included in history of building in the city of Yogyakarta. This building situation bunch up with located “Keranggan” market in Poncowinatan Street. This is Historical Building with combination of design between art deco and Pecinan city that gift special character for this area. The Building Proportion form and building geometry can communicate to the environment, so that’s makes visual comfort of building from all direction. Total rooms in upper floors of building with high rise Structure of “terasering system” give the stability sustaining structure. The mentioned also nicely to be great esthetic’s for viewing. Matter which can be learned from this building is about scheme idea which focused at the aspect of interior consumer and all peoples who looks the exterior building details. Facade which is formed by a composition of height and “terasering systems” makes visualization can totally looking until the end of the roofing.
