This is Historical Building with combination of design between art deco and Pecinan city that gift special character for this area. The Building Proportion form and building geometry can communicate to the environment, so that’s makes visual comfort of building from all direction. Total rooms in upper floors of building with high rise Structure of “terasering system” give the stability sustaining structure. The mentioned also nicely to be great esthetic’s for viewing. Matter which can be learned from this building is about scheme idea which focused at the aspect of interior consumer and all peoples who looks the exterior building details. Facade which is formed by a composition of height and “terasering systems” makes visualization can totally looking until the end of the roofing.
